Responsible for the production site management, the overall planning of production, safety, environmental protection, quality, equipment, consumption and other matters of each workshop within the jurisdiction, and the establishment and improvement of management, operation system and core business process.

Technology Department

1. Strictly abide by the company s rules and regulations, and earnestly perform their duties.

2. Be responsible for the designation of the company s technical management system; be responsible for the establishment and improvement of product design, new product trial production, standardized technical procedures and technical information management system; organize and coordinate relevant departments to establish and improve quality, energy and other management standards and systems.

3. Organize and prepare the company s technology development plan. Formulate short-term technical improvement plan, prepare long-term technical development and technical measures plan, and organize a series of technical organization and management work, such as plan and plan formulation, modification, supplement and implementation.

4. Be responsible for formulating and revising technical regulations; prepare technical regulations for product use, maintenance and technical installation.

5. Responsible for the company s new technology introduction and product development plan and implementation, to ensure the continuous updating and expansion of product varieties, and responsible for the development and development of product formula.

6. Reasonably prepare technical documents, improve and standardize work process.

1. Formulate and implement quality policy, objectives, quality inspection standards, product information feedback and statistical data flow.

3. Quality cost analysis report; establish quality cost standard and target; quality cost management and control.

4. Organize and implement total quality management; track and verify corrective and preventive measures to improve product quality.

5. Make annual quality education plan and assist HR department to organize and implement quality education plan.

3. In line with the principle of "purchasing, supply and ensuring business demand", master the purchasing management, understand the material demand and market supply of the company and its subordinate enterprises, and be familiar with various material purchasing plans.

4. Be familiar with and master the name, model, specification, unit price and quality of various materials I am responsible for, as well as the manufacturers and suppliers of the supplied goods, so as to understand and master the supply and demand relationship of the market timely and accurately. Market situation, organize purchasing in time.
